On the advice of HSE and whilst the HSE website is to be updated in respect of HSG 176, the FEA publishes the attached letter from HSE, addressed to the Fuel Experts Association and dated 22 December 2016. The letter contains amended guidance in relation to - RECLASSIFICATION OF DIESEL AS A FLAMMABLE LIQUID: IMPLICATIONS FOR BUSINESSES STORING AND DISPENSING DIESEL.
